At Riverside Fitness House, coaching starts from £40 per session for Semi-Private Personal Training and £65 per session for 1:1 Personal Training.
Every member also gets nutrition and lifestyle coaching included as part of their programme, delivered through our coaching app and supported by your coach.
That means your membership is not just a block of gym sessions. You get the training, structure, accountability and support you need to make progress outside the gym too.
Semi-Private Personal Training
From £40 per session
Semi-Private Personal Training gives you expert coaching in a small group environment. (Max 3 people) You still follow a structured programme built bespoke for you, get coached properly, and receive support with your nutrition and lifestyle habits.
This is best for people who want personal coaching, accountability and a supportive atmosphere without needing fully private 1:1 sessions every week.
1:1 Personal Training
From £65 per session
1:1 Personal Training gives you private coaching with your own coach. This is best if you want more individual attention and need more support, or prefer to train privately.
Your coach will guide your training, nutrition, lifestyle habits and progress through your coaching app.
